Multi-Connnect Membership Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions govern membership of Multi-Connect. By becoming a member, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Membership
Membership of Multi-Connect is designed for business owners, sales professionals and decision makers who are committed to building genuine business relationships through introductions, referrals and collaboration.
Membership is offered at the discretion of Multi-Connect.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel membership where we believe it is not in the best interests of the community.
2. Membership Fee
Membership is charged at:
£200 per calendar month
Payment is collected monthly in advance via the agreed payment method.
Membership continues on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
3. Attendance Expectations
Multi-Connect works because members actively participate.
Members are expected to:
- Attend a minimum of two (2) events per calendar month
- Arrive on time wherever possible
- Participate positively in meetings and networking sessions
- Be prepared to help other members
Consistently poor attendance may result in membership not being renewed.
4. Event Cancellations
If you are unable to attend an event, you must notify Multi-Connect at least 24 hours before the event begins.
Notification should be made through the agreed communication channel.
Members who fail to provide 24 hours' notice on three (3) separate occasions during their membership may have their membership declined upon renewal.
5. Giving Introductions
The purpose of Multi-Connect is to generate genuine opportunities.
Members agree to:
- Only make genuine introductions.
- Never provide misleading, fabricated or false introductions.
- Introduce people where there is a reasonable belief that value exists for both parties.
- Respect the reputation of other members.
Providing false introductions, intentionally wasting members' time, or abusing the introduction process may result in immediate termination of membership.
6. Participation Requirement
Membership is based upon contribution as well as receiving value.
Members are expected to actively support other members by making introductions wherever possible.
If a member provides no introductions during an entire calendar month, Multi-Connect reserves the right not to renew their membership.
This policy exists to ensure every member contributes to the strength of the network.
7. First Month Introduction Guarantee
We are confident in the value of Multi-Connect.
If a new member receives fewer than four (4) genuine business introductions during their first month, they may choose either:
A full refund of their first month's membership fee; or
Their second month of membership free of charge.
To qualify for this guarantee, the member must:
- Attend every scheduled Multi-Connect event during their first month of membership.
- Arrive in time to fully participate.
- Complete any requested member profile or networking information.
- Engage positively during meetings.
- Be actively seeking introductions.
The guarantee will not apply if:
- The member misses any scheduled event.
- The member arrives significantly late or leaves early.
- The member fails to engage with the process.
- The member voluntarily cancels their membership before the month ends.
The guarantee applies only to a member's first month.
8. Refund Policy
Except for the First Month Introduction Guarantee outlined above:
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Partial months are not refunded.
- Missed meetings do not entitle members to refunds or credits.
Failure to attend events does not pause membership.
9. Member Conduct
Members agree to:
- Treat all members with professionalism and respect.
- Behave honestly and ethically.
- Avoid aggressive sales tactics.
- Respect confidentiality where appropriate.
- Support the positive culture of the community.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour or conduct that damages the reputation of Multi-Connect may result in immediate termination of membership.
10. Confidentiality
Members may become aware of commercially sensitive information during meetings.
Members agree not to share confidential information without permission from the individual or business concerned.
11. Data Protection
By becoming a member, you consent to Multi-Connect storing and processing your information for the purposes of:
- Membership administration
- Event management
- AI-assisted member matching
- Introduction opportunities
- Communications relating to Multi-Connect
Your information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
12. Photography & Marketing
Events may be photographed or filmed.
By attending events, members agree that images or video may be used for marketing, promotional and social media purposes.
Members who do not wish to appear should notify the Multi-Connect team before the event.
13. AI Matching
Multi-Connect uses AI and member-provided information to suggest introductions and business opportunities.
While every effort is made to create meaningful connections, Multi-Connect cannot guarantee:
- Sales
- Referrals
- Contracts
- Business opportunities
- Financial outcomes
AI recommendations are suggestions only.
14. No Guarantee of Business
Membership does not guarantee:
- Referrals
- Introductions
- Revenue
- Clients
- Commercial success
Business outcomes depend on member participation, market conditions and individual follow-up.
15. Suspension or Termination
Multi-Connect may suspend or terminate membership where a member:
- Fails to pay membership fees.
- Gives false or misleading introductions.
- Behaves inappropriately.
- Damages the reputation of Multi-Connect.
- Fails to contribute to the community.
- Repeatedly fails to attend events without notice.
- Breaches these Terms & Conditions.
Termination is at the discretion of Multi-Connect.
16. Membership Renewal
Membership renewal is subject to continued compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Multi-Connect reserves the right not to renew membership where a member has failed to:
- Attend regularly.
- Support other members.
- Behave professionally.
- Contribute positively to the community.
17. Changes to Membership
Multi-Connect may amend membership fees, event formats, benefits or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Members will be given reasonable notice of any significant changes.
18. Limitation of Liability
Multi-Connect facilitates introductions between businesses but is not responsible for:
- Agreements made between members.
- Advice provided by members.
- Quality of products or services supplied by members.
- Financial loss arising from introductions or business relationships.
Members are responsible for carrying out their own due diligence before entering into any commercial arrangement.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
