Visitor Policy.

The purpose of the Multi-Connect Visitor Policy is to ensure visitors experience the value of our events while protecting the integrity and exclusivity of our membership community.

1. Visiting Multi-Connect

Visitors are welcome to attend Multi-Connect to experience our unique networking format before deciding whether membership is right for them.

Visitors should attend with the intention of participating, building relationships and exploring whether they are a good fit for the community.

2. Visitor Limits

To ensure fairness and encourage commitment, visitor attendance is limited.

A visitor may attend:

  • A maximum of two (2) events within any rolling 12-week period.
  • A maximum of four (4) events in any calendar year.

Once either limit has been reached, further attendance will only be permitted by becoming a Multi-Connect member or at the discretion of the Multi-Connect team.

3. Booking

All visitors must:

  • Book their place in advance.
  • Receive confirmation from Multi-Connect before attending.
  • Provide any requested business information before the event.

Places are limited and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Attendance

If you can no longer attend, please let us know at least 24 hours before the event.

This allows your place to be offered to someone else and enables us to prepare accurate networking matches.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in future visitor bookings being declined.

5. Participation

Visitors are expected to:

  • Arrive on time.
  • Fully participate in all activities.
  • Be respectful of fellow attendees.
  • Engage positively with the structured networking sessions.

Multi-Connect is designed to encourage collaboration rather than passive attendance.

6. Business Conduct

Visitors agree to:

  • Conduct themselves professionally at all times.
  • Treat other attendees with courtesy and respect.
  • Avoid aggressive or high-pressure selling.
  • Respect confidential business discussions.
  • Only offer genuine introductions where appropriate.

Any behaviour that negatively impacts the experience of other attendees may result in removal from the event and refusal of future attendance.

7. Introductions

Visitors are encouraged to make introductions where appropriate.

However, all introductions should be genuine, relevant and made with the permission of the individuals involved.

False, misleading or fabricated introductions are not acceptable.

8. Photography & Marketing

Photographs and videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes.

By attending, visitors consent to the use of these images in Multi-Connect marketing materials, websites and social media.

If you would prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please notify a member of the team before the event begins.

9. Data Protection

By registering as a visitor, you consent to Multi-Connect storing and processing your information for purposes including:

  • Event registration
  • Event communications
  • AI-assisted networking and attendee matching
  • Follow-up communications
  • Invitations to future Multi-Connect events

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

10. AI Matching

Multi-Connect uses AI alongside attendee information to help identify relevant introductions and business opportunities.

While every effort is made to create valuable matches, no guarantee is made regarding referrals, sales, contracts or commercial outcomes.

11. Membership Invitation

Attendance as a visitor does not guarantee eligibility for membership.

Multi-Connect reserves the right to:

  • Invite visitors to join.
  • Decline membership applications.
  • Extend additional visitor invitations in exceptional circumstances.

Our aim is to build a community of proactive, collaborative professionals who actively support one another.

12. Right to Refuse Entry

Multi-Connect reserves the right to refuse admission or future attendance where a visitor:

  • Breaches this Visitor Policy.
  • Behaves inappropriately.
  • #Acts dishonestly or unprofessionally.
  • #Disrupts the event.

Repeatedly fails to attend after booking.

13. Changes to this Policy

Multi-Connect may amend this Visitor Policy from time to time. Any updates will apply to future event bookings.
